Ferro Equip Foundation was founded in 2004 by Dr. Ferdinand Rodricks and officially registered as an NGO in 2014. Dr. Rodricks, an automobile expert, has an experience of over 35 years in automobile engineering for customizing vehicles and tools for people with special needs.
We strongly believe that you do not have to stand up to stand out. We provide facilities, such as food, education, training, and betterment programs, that enhance their overall lifestyle.
Ferro Equip Foundation is established to bring together people with special needs and work toward the cause of helping them live a better, independent, and much satisfied life. Demonstrating that determination really has no disability, Dr. Rodricks founded this unique organization with a simple motto of bringing smiles and satisfaction to all those innocent faces who truly deserve nothing less than a normal happy life.

Our mission is to enhance quality of life of people with special needs by fulfilling their basic requirements, leveraging individual skills, building confidence and self-reliance in them through vocational training, digital literacy, empowerment, proffering their families with a robust guidance and technical support, and spreading awareness about the cause.
