Dr. Ferdinand Rodricks (Hon.)
The Founder and trustee Dr. Rodricks has been associated with the cause for the past 13 years. Dr. Rodricks is also the Proprietor of a company Ferro Equip. He has over 35 years of experience in customization and modification of vehicles and devices all over the country for people with various disabilities. This has enabled him to understand the increasing need of devices and mobility for people with special needs, underprivileged children, and senior citizens. This understanding has guaranteed superior quality in all the work performed, such as installing hand controls in vehicles and enabling indigent people to drive independently, along with operating wheelchair-accessible vehicles, rotary seats, patient hoists, swimming pool hoists, toilet accessories, auxiliary accelerators, customizing wheelchairs, seats for children with cerebral palsy. He has earned his reputation by winning many national and international awards, which has in turn increased his credibility.
A graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Mrs. Rodricks is currently working as a French language instructor, counsellor, and educator. She is excellent in interacting with the children. Organizing outings and various games for the children and bringing smiles to faces gives her immense joy and satisfaction.

Subsequent to qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, engaged with M/S Umesh K Mehta & Co. Chartered Accountants as a partner from January 1991 to May 1994.
Started independently in May 1994 at Malad and established office with tax and internal, statutory audit.
