Ferro Equip Foundation is a sheltered workshop wherein we train some of our special ones to eventually find employment in the mainstream industry. A graduate from Mumbai University, she is currently employed with an MNC in Bangalore. She plays an active role in the Charity Committee at work. She has helped to organise many events for Ferro Equip Foundation She is also passionate about animals and fosters them from time to time.

An automotive professional since the last 14 years, Ms. Archana Sachdev has been associated with FEF ever since it was founded by Mr. Ferdinand Rodricks. Having weathered numerous seasons of life, she works zealous for the under privileged. Her unbridled compassion inspires her to devote her time to FEF not only for organising events but also raising funds for the Foundation.

A Real estate Agent by profession I am inspired by the work of the foundation in reaching out to disabled people & under privileged children bringing to their life joy & happiness.
